Why we exist: Approximately 50-60 people in prison are released each month to Marion County. About 3800 people are currently on County supervision in Marion County.
- Over 50% of those released from prison have no place to live
- Most have no employment
- Many need treatment for drug-related offenses
- Many others need mental health medications
In addition to regular staff, representatives from other community agencies will be at the center to offer on-site services.
The DeMuniz Pine Street Resource Center welcomes community involvement and volunteers. Please drop by for a visit or call/e-mail Center staff to arrange a tour.
